About C&D Home Services
Built on dependability, quality workmanship, and a commitment to every property we touch.
Our Story
C&D Home Services was built around a simple idea: property owners deserve dependable service, quality workmanship, and a company they can count on.
Founded and operated by Dawson Kennon, C&D Home Services has grown into a full-service residential and commercial property maintenance company serving Wilmington, NC and surrounding communities.
What started with a focus on helping homeowners maintain and improve their properties has expanded into a wide range of services — from routine maintenance and cleaning to repairs, property improvements, junk removal, and larger commercial projects.
We understand that every property is different and every customer has different needs. That's why we believe in providing straightforward communication, fair pricing, attention to detail, and taking pride in every job we complete.
Our goal is to make property maintenance easier by giving homeowners, landlords, property managers, and businesses one reliable company they can turn to for multiple needs.
At C&D Home Services, we're not just here to complete a job. We're here to build lasting relationships, earn your trust, and deliver results you can feel confident about.
